The mark is a fingerprint for a reason. Every piece is finished by hand in runs of forty, and the process is loose enough that the same file never lands twice. What you get is yours in a way a factory garment cannot be.

Industrial printing spends enormous effort making piece four hundred identical to piece one. We spend that effort somewhere else. Registration drifts, ink loads differently, the press is hand-pulled. The variance is the product, and it is why the run stops at forty rather than four hundred.
How a run works
The file opens
One artwork, forty blanks, a date. Announced a week ahead so nobody has to sit refreshing a page at midnight.
Pulled by hand
Three passes, cured between each. Pieces that come out wrong get worn by us rather than sold to you.
The file is retired
Numbered, shipped, and the artwork is never printed again. There is no version two and no restock.

Questions
What if I get one with an obvious flaw?
Send it back and we will replace it from the same run while any are left. Variance is the point; a genuine defect is not, and we can usually tell the difference from a photo.
Will you ever reprint a sold-out run?
No. That is the entire promise and the only one we make.
How does the sizing run?
Boxy and true. If you are between sizes, take the smaller one; the loopback relaxes about half a size after three washes.
